Interpol - Barricade

É o novo vídeo para "Interpol", o 4º álbum dos "Interpol" e "Barricade" quanto a mim é a música menos interessante. Relativamente ao album suspeito que não será de todo consesual e que muitos dos fãs irão achar uma obra menor. Quanto a mim, não podiam ter-me agradado mais. Se desse estrelas, dava 4 em 5. O álbum sai a 13 de Setembro.
It's the new video for "Interpol", the 4TH album from "Interpol" e "Barricade" it's the least interesting song. About the album I suspect that will not be consensual and many fans will consider a minor work. But I adore it. If I have to give stars it would be 4 in 5. The album will be release on eptember 13TH.

Pelo que pude ouvir, não se trata de nenhum registo equivalente à obra dos "Radiohead" mas trata-se de uma colecção de canções intimistas, quase segredadas a acústica e que não envergonha ninguém. Arcade Fire - Ready to start

Depois da globalização dos "Arcade Fire", sobretudo com a edição de "Neon Bible", confesso que perdi um pouco o interesse pela sua música, pois comecei a sentir que não partilhava com os demais a adoração desmesurada e assoberbada pelas suas músicas. Com a edição de "Suburbs", não veio alterar este meu sentimento, mas veio confirmar que gosto o suficiente deles para apreciar musicas como esta "Ready to start".
After the Globalization of "Arcade Fire", especially with the "Neon Bible" album, I kind lost the interest for their music, because I begin to feel that I didn't share the same enthusiasm as the rest of the people. With the "Suburbs", I didn't change my feelings but I realize that I like them enough for enjoy this "ready to start".

Será em Novembro que os "Stereolab" lançarão "Not Music", um conjunto de 13 canções gravadas no período de "Chemical Chords" (2008), avança hoje a revista "Under the Radar" (http://www.undertheradarmag.com/news/stereolab_reveal_new_album_details). Nesse mesmo artigo pode ler-se que os "Atlas sound" farão uma cover "Neon Beanbag", tornando-se na segunda colaboração entre banda e a "Laetitia Sadier", que espero que esteja ao nível do maravilhoso "Quick Canal" ( Logos; Atlas Sound). Entretanto "Laetitia Sadier" irá lançar o seu album a solo dia 21 de Setembro pela editora "Drag city". Aqui fica o vídeo "Silver Sands" (at the Gothic Theatre, October 14th, 2008).

In that same article you can read that "Atlas sound" mixed "Neon Beanbag", becoming the second collaboration between the band and "Laetitia Sadier", that I'm hoping to be as perfect as the "Quick Canal" song ( Logos; Atlas Sound). In the meanwhile "Laetitia Sadier" will be release her debut album on September 21ST, by the "Drag city" label record. Os "Die! Die! Die!" já editaram o sucessor de "Promises Promises"(2008 - altamente recomendável), tendo como titulo "Form". O single de apresentação é uma tareia "Punk" como poucos sabem fazer - "We Built Our Own Oppressors".

Parece que há já muito tempo que os "Yeasayer" editaram "Odd blood", fruto da muita informação musical que circula e passa pelas minhas mãos. No entanto a saída de "Madder Red" fez-me voltar a um dos discos mais estimulantes deste ano.
It seems a long time since "Yeasayer" release "Odd blood", just because I heard so many music in between. But the new Single "Madder Red" remind me that their record was one of the most exciting albums of the year.
